After your meter is read your electricity or gas supply becomes the responsibility of your new supplier.
Depending on which of our energy suppliers you choose to switch to, your electricity supply or gas supply will be switched immediately or the supply will continue to come from your old supplier until your meter is next read. How long this is depends on where you are in your billing cycle when you switch. Either way, your electricity or gas will be the responsibility of your new supplier but you won’t experience any change or interruption to your power or gas supply.
