You will get the best result if you have at least one recent energy bill available, however you can still use the service if you are not sure of your exact energy consumption.

If you are a small or medium business owner you can use the site if you consume up to:

• 160 megawatt hours in electricity per year (this is equal to a spend of approximately $25,000 per year)
• 10,000 gigajoules in gas per year (an approximate spend of $90,000 per year)
